Service Providers: 

Please remember that you will be responsible for the payment of any service provider (minister, photographer, videographer, DJ etc.) that has been acquired for their services during the function. These would be included as your guests at your option.

  • Public Holiday - An additional charge on the Venue booking fee plus waitron service charges. 
  • Friday, Saturdays & Sundays (excludes Public Holidays  &  Special Days )       
  • Midweek (excludes Fridays & Public Holidays  &  Special Days )   

Drinks  Information 

Price List available on request. Please note we allow a maximum of 40 bottles of wine & 20 bottles of champagne to be supplied by the client. A corkage fee per bottle is charged for wines and for sparkling wine or champagne.

We  can provide you with a list of service providers so you may contact them directly e.g. Flowers, Cakes, DJ’s, Bands,  Entertainers,  Photographers, B & B’s,  etc.  

 


Bella Vista: Terms  and  Conditions:

  • Due to our popularity and advance bookings we require payment of a non-refundable Venue Booking Fee in order to secure your date. The booking is confirmed only when we have received from you a signed booking form accepting the terms & conditions, together with the Venue Booking Fee.
  • Prices are not negotiable.
  • We accept Credit Card payment for the booking fee only. Due to high bank charges incurred the full function payment should be made either by a bank guaranteed cheque, electronic transfer or direct banking. If the full amount is to be paid by credit card a 5% charge will be added over and above the final account.
  • Cancellations are not refundable. If however a new date is set within 3 weeks of cancelling, this will be considered as a change of date.
  • Changing of dates is allowed 5 months before the event. A surcharge will be charged if less than 5 months.
  • We need your final guest numbers 16 days prior to your event. If the number of guests is reduced after the cut off date, we reserve the right to charge for the original numbers. Additional guests will be charged for.
  • Please remember that you will be responsible for the payment of any service provider (minister, photographer, videographer, DJ etc.) that has been acquired for their services during the function. These would be included as your guests at your option.
  • Menu choice  is required 3 weeks prior to your event.
  • Number of tables and seating allocation are required 8 days prior to your event. Easel guest name display & decoration to be organised by you.
  • Full payment is required 3 weeks prior to function; we reserve the right to cancel your function if this is not adhered to. Liquor, corkage and bar settlements are to be made prior to or on the day of your function.
  • All package prices are subject to change.
  • You will be held liable for any losses or damages incurred to Bella Vista property, therefore a refundable deposit is required and paid back once we have checked for damages such as broken glasses, damaged floors, table cloths burnt, items taken by guests.
  • We allow a maximum of 40 bottles of wine & 20 bottles of champagne to be supplied by the client. A corkage fee per bottle is charged for wines and for sparkling wine or champagne.
  • Guests may not bring liquor or food (besides a Wedding Cake) onto the premises for consumption at the function. A penalty per bottle or item will be charged to your account for any beverage or food items brought in by your guests or yourselves without special consent two weeks prior to the event. 
  • Function closing time: Midnight. A service fee per hour or part thereof will be charged if your party continues past midnight.
  • Due to local by-laws, music has to be turned down slightly at 11pm and has to be turned to a standard hi-fi after 12pm.
  • Fireworks, confetti, pot pourri are not allowed. Bubbles and petals are permitted.
  • Functions on public holidays and special days are charged a premium plus waitron fees.
  • Bella Vista is closed on Mondays,  Public Holidays  &  Good Friday.
